Subprocessors

• Microsoft Azure: application hosting (West Europe), Azure OpenAI inference (EU region).
• Resend: outbound transactional email (US, with EU forwarding). Magic-link & password reset.
• OpenAI: only via Azure OpenAI deployments; no direct openai.com routing.
• Telegram: bot delivery for manager-in-the-loop approvals (no PII beyond chatId).
• INWX / Cloudflare: DNS & TLS for 4b2b.ai.

Encryption

TLS 1.2+ everywhere (Let’s Encrypt). PostgreSQL data-at-rest encrypted at the disk layer (Azure managed disks). Secrets stored in /etc/salesos.env (mode 0600). Webhook payloads HMAC-SHA256 signed.

Backups

Nightly logical pg_dump → snapshot retained 7 days. Weekly full disk snapshot retained 4 weeks.

SOC 2 roadmap

SOC 2 Type I targeted for Q1 2027. Type II Q3 2027.
